I have a self-build property that was built 22 years ago. With the house came a complex underfloor heating system that has an unvented cylinder system. Until recently, the system has been faultless until that is, about 6/8 weeks ago. The issue we had, which was a major issue, is that we had no hot water for showers/washing etc. I have had the delights of several heating engineers investigating the fault (including engineers from well- known organisations) all of which had no idea whatsoever. Simon came highly recommended and he understood the system and established the fault immediately. It has to be said that Simon is incredibly knowledgeable, professional and articulate and I would now have no one else other that Simon maintain and service my heating/boiler system.

Our Mitsubishi Air Source Heat pump, which was nearing the end of its three year warranty, required servicing. I was concerned about a noise which occurred whenever the heat pump switched on or off. After speaking to Mitsubishi regarding approved servicing companies, I contacted McCartney Group. They responded very promptly with an initial visit, diagnosed the problem, which related to an incorrect installation and returned the following week to service the system and install the required additional plumbing. The work was carried out with maximum efficiency and the minimum of mess and I was happy with the quotation for the work. I would recommend McCartney Group without reservation for this type of work.
